Five things I used to care about but don’t so much now:

- My cute office high heeled shoe collection
- Travel
- Blogging
Five things I would like to start doing :
- Learning a new instrument, like steel drums or the cello
- Trying more new recipes
- Learning to scuba dive
- Learning to paint with watercolours
- Regular Artist Dates or setting aside solo time just for me
Five things I am trying to make more important in my life:
- Swimming
- Meditation
- Yoga
- Cycling
- Writing
Five things I need to let go of:
- Thinking about work when I’m not at work (this includes while commuting)
- Clothes that don’t fit and that I don’t like and that I know don’t suit me (doesn’t matter how much it cost)
- Taking the easiest option be it in relation to food or exercise or what I’m doing on the weekend
- Accepting something without comment because I don’t have the energy for an argument
- Asking a question instead of saying what I want or what I believe
Five things I need to start believing:
- I work to live; I don’t live to work
- My life outside of work is more important
- My health is important and I am responsible for maintaining it
- I will finish all three of those work-in-progress novels eventually
- Time on my own is not a luxury but a necessity
